Video: The Los Angeles Kings are Hopelessly Unfamous
A Funny or Die video pokes fun at the Los Angeles Kings' (and by extension hockey's) current lack of celebrity.
A pair of self-appointed fame makers try to show a few team members—Mike Richards, Anze Kopitar, Matt Greene, & Drew Doughty—some tricks of the trade. Some of the suggestions: releasing a rap song, dating a Kardashian, coming up with a trademark move after scoring a goal and making it into the blooper real. The players might be hopeless but they're goods sports about it all (which might be the real problem).
